"Your present circumstances don't determine where you can go; they merely determine where you start." - Nido Qubein

In my practice, I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for adults, adolescents, and children to explore their experiences and navigate the path to healing. My client-centered approach focuses on collaboration and strengths, allowing individuals and families to build resilience and regain control over their lives.

My passion lies in helping individuals overcome the impact of trauma. I specialize in trauma therapy, offering evidence-based interventions to address the unique needs of adults, adolescents, and children who have experienced adverse life events. Together, we work towards restoring a sense of safety, rebuilding trust, and fostering emotional well-being.

I completed my Bachelor of Social Work in May 2008 at Eastern Kentucky University and my Master of Social Work in June 2023 at Campbellsville University. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults with depression, anxiety, PTSD, phobias, personality disorders, and co-occurring disorders. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

I am a firm believer in the innate resilience and potential for positive change within every individual. My goal is to empower clients to overcome challenges, build healthier relationships, and lead more fulfilling lives. Together, we can explore your strengths, develop coping strategies, and work towards achieving your therapeutic goals.
